Your Tappio card has an NFC chip embedded inside it. When you hold it against any NFC enabled smartphone, the phone detects the chip and instantly opens your profile link in the browser. No app needed, no pairing, no Wi-Fi required at the moment of tap.

No. The person receiving your card does not need to download anything. NFC is built into every modern iPhone and Android. They simply hold their phone near your card and your profile opens automatically.

Every Tappio card comes with a QR code printed on the reverse side. If someone has an older device without NFC, they simply scan the QR code and get the exact same experience. No one gets left behind.

Our standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days from the date your order and design are confirmed. We deliver nationwide across South Africa via courier. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

You will need your Linktree or profile page URL, your social media handles, your company details, and clear images of your current business card front and back for design reference. If you do not have a current card, your logo file works too.
