1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of tappio.co.za and the purchase of products from Tappio, a South African NFC business card company based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products and Orders
All Tappio NFC business cards are custom made to order based on the design details and profile information submitted by the customer. Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received via PayFast. By placing an order, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and up to date.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include free nationwide shipping. Tappio reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.
4. Payment
All payments are processed securely through PayFast. Tappio does not store, process, or have access to your credit card or banking details. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, EFT, SnapScan, and PayShap.
5. Design and Production
Tappio will design your card based on the logo and information submitted with your order. Standard turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days from order confirmation to dispatch. If you are not satisfied with your initial card design, Tappio will provide one free design revision upon request.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Tappio offers free nationwide delivery across South Africa via courier. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from order confirmation. Tappio will provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
7. Returns and Refunds
As all Tappio products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective card, contact us at hello@tappio.co.za within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
8. Intellectual Property
By submitting a logo or any branding material with your order, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of that intellectual property or have obtained the necessary permission to use it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Tappio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
10. Privacy and POPIA Compliance
Tappio is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Personal information collected during the order process is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required to fulfil your order.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
12. Changes to These Terms
Tappio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to tappio.co.za.
