The Basics

Your Tappio card has an NFC chip embedded inside it. When you hold it against any NFC enabled smartphone the phone detects the chip and instantly opens your digital profile in the browser. No app required on either side. The whole process takes under 3 seconds.
All iPhones from iPhone 7 onwards support NFC natively. That covers iPhone 7, 8, X, XS, XR, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 series. All modern Android smartphones also support NFC. The QR code on the back of every card serves as a backup for older devices.
No. Neither you nor the person you are sharing with needs to download any app. NFC is built into the operating system on both iPhone and Android. Your profile opens directly in their browser.
Their phone detects the NFC chip and opens your Linktree or landing page in their default browser. They see your photo, links, contact details, and social profiles. One tap on the Save Contact button adds you to their contacts permanently.

The Cards

Tappio cards are made from rigid PVC — the same material as bank cards. They feel premium in the hand and are built to last. They are not flimsy paper or thin plastic.
The front of the card carries your company logo, custom designed to your brand. The back has a QR code that links to your profile as a backup for devices without NFC.
Yes. Every Tappio card is custom designed using your company logo and branding. After placing your order you email your logo to hello@tappio.co.za within 24 hours and we handle the design for you.
If you are not satisfied with your initial card design we will revise it for free. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Yes. Because your card links to your Linktree or landing page you can update your details at any time without needing a new card. Just update your Linktree and every future tap reflects the changes instantly.

Ordering

Go to tappio.co.za/order, select your package, fill in your details including your Linktree or profile URL, and complete payment via PayFast. After ordering email your logo to hello@tappio.co.za within 24 hours.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, EFT, SnapScan, and PayShap via PayFast. PayFast is South Africa's most trusted payment gateway.
Yes. Our Squad package covers 5 cards. For larger team orders or multiple different designs per person contact us directly at hello@tappio.co.za and we will put together a custom quote.
Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, Linktree or profile URL, and your company logo. Email the logo to hello@tappio.co.za within 24 hours of ordering.

Delivery

Tappio delivers nationwide across South Africa via courier. We deliver to all major cities and towns including Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, East London, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Kimberley, and surrounding areas. Free shipping is included on all orders.
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days from order confirmation to delivery nationwide. This includes Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, and all other major South African cities. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number.
Yes. We deliver to all areas across South Africa including smaller towns and rural locations via our courier partner. Free shipping applies to all orders nationwide. If you have a specific delivery concern contact us at hello@tappio.co.za before placing your order.
Yes. Free nationwide shipping is included in the price of every package. The Solo at R449, the Trio at R699, and the Squad at R949 all include free delivery to your door. No hidden fees.

Returns

Because all Tappio products are custom made to order we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective card contact us at hello@tappio.co.za within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement.
