Free Nationwide Shipping
Tappio offers free nationwide shipping on all orders across South Africa. This includes Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, and all other areas. No minimum order value. No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days from order confirmation to delivery at your door. This includes design, production, programming, and courier delivery. Orders are confirmed once payment is received and your logo has been submitted.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery. If you have not received a tracking number within 10 business days of ordering please contact us at hello@tappio.co.za.
Returns
Because all Tappio products are custom made to order we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged card, contact us at hello@tappio.co.za within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a free replacement.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in cases where a replacement cannot be provided. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or dissatisfaction with a design that was approved prior to production.
Analytics and Data Collection
Tappio uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous data about how visitors use tappio.co.za. This includes pages visited, time on site, device type, and general geographic location. No personally identifiable information is collected through Google Analytics. By using tappio.co.za you consent to the use of analytics cookies in accordance with our cookie consent banner.

Third Party Data Processors
In order to operate our business and provide our services, Tappio shares certain personal information with the following third party service providers. Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.
PayFast — Payment processing. When you complete a purchase, your payment details are processed securely by PayFast. Tappio does not store your card or banking details. Privacy policy: payfast.co.za/privacy-policy
Formspree — Order and contact form submissions. Your order details and contact messages are transmitted via Formspree to our email inbox. Privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — Email delivery. We use Brevo to send order confirmation and communication emails. Privacy policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy
Google Analytics — Website analytics. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and general geographic location. No personally identifiable information is collected. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — Advertising pixel. We use the Meta Pixel to track website visits for the purpose of running targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Netlify — Website hosting. tappio.co.za is hosted on Netlify's servers. Netlify may collect server logs and technical data. Privacy policy: netlify.com/privacy

Data Retention
Tappio retains personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
Order data (name, email, address, order details) is retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with South African tax and accounting legislation.
Marketing and analytics data is retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion.
Chat and contact form data is retained for up to 12 months for customer service purposes.
Your Rights Under POPIA
As a data subject under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the following rights:
Right of access — You have the right to request a copy of the personal information Tappio holds about you.
Right to correction — You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information we hold about you.
Right to deletion — You have the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations.
Right to object — You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes.
Right to withdraw consent — Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@tappio.co.za with the subject line "POPIA Data Request". We will respond within 30 days in accordance with POPIA requirements.
Complaints Procedure
If you believe that Tappio has violated your rights under POPIA and your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
